Description:
A beautiful crisp uncirculated large banknote from Lebanon. Thisis the 250 liras or Livres note issued in 1987. The note is deep gray-green and blue on multicolored background. The note shows the ruins at Tyras both on the front and back. The front has the serial number, the denomination, two signatures, and the date. The front is written in Arabic only, while the back is written in Arabic and French and shows the denomination. This particular note has the serial number 119463052 shown in black on the front twice. The note has a watermark located in the white circle in the top left corner of the front. The watermark depicts the ancient circular sculpture with a head in the center from the grand temple of Podium. Please carefully review the scan presented as it is part and parcel of our description.
