Description

This exquisite hand made sterling silver limited edition floral collar necklace is a stand-out piece of jewelry wherever it goes.  It is a great vintage (1979) piece in absolutely perfect condition, as remarkable and new looking as the day it was made.  The cast flower is truly remarkable, because it is a one piece casting with petals that are part of that casting, not individually applied, and which are slightly moveable.  The silver collar adjusts very slightly to accommodate the wearer. Aaron's casting work is truly collectable and remarkable.
The collar measures about 10 inches long (from the center of the back to the lower tip of the flower), but the neckpiece additionally curves around most of the wearer's neck, holding it comfortably in place.  The flower measures approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter from petal tip to petal tip.  The necklace has enough weight so that it will not bend like tinfoil, but is still comfortable enough to wear for an entire day and evening.  However, it must be handled delicately and not subjected to being bent.  (People see it have a tendency to come at you hands out reaching for your neck when they see this amazing necklace!  Unless you want a fingerprinted necklace, you must guard against them!)
The back of the necklace is hand signed by Aaron and bears a "sterling" mark, the date 8/20/97.  It has been perfectly cared for, worn only four times over the years, and is now available for your collecting pleasure.  We are offering this highly collectable piece at a bargain price.
