    Description

    These are in used condition, estate found items, with mild storage odor, nothing too extreme.
    The Interior Booklet is folded, and has some staining on the inside, some basic looseness on the spine.
    The chamber of commerce map is rather well preserved, just some small discoloration through time.
    The red bathhouse booklet has some discoloration and some small markings to the piece, in pen.
    The Therapeutic pool has some small chipping and staining to it.
    Overall rather well preserved for old paper, but not perfect mint.
