Replacement Wooden T-RailOne piece 80", 82" or 86" L x 5 1/4"W x 7/8"D unfinished Hooks protrude 1" out of endsThe cleat is 1-1/4" x 7/8" thickness hardwood (not pine or plywood as our competitors) MAPLE face and back LAMINATED HARDWOOD & DETAILST-Rails are made of laminated engineered wood, 7 layers of wood, layers are compressed in a heated glued process creating a strong bond.Rails are top edge banded in maple, fully sanded with trimmed smooth edges. The cleats are machined, pre-drilled, glued and fastened on both sides-flush to bottom of rail with 9) #8 x 1-1/2" screws per rail. The end hooks are installed with our patented machine process. T-Rails are fully sanded and ready for either paint or stain. Please note: t-rails must be installed with center supports. Weight: 16.0 lbs
